Simply Gorgeous uses a courier service to deliver our orders to our clients. Its our priority to get your order off to you as fast as possible.  

Our delivery options refer to the time it takes for the courier to collect from us and deliver to you.  Please note that not all items are in stock and some are subject to a back order period which is usually shown on each product page, and therefor will be shipped to you once we have received the item.  If in doubt please send us your inquiry on so we can check stock availability.

How long does delivery usually take?

Delivery depends on what shipping cost you choose based on where you live. Most parcels are dispatched within 1-2 working days unless they are on back order.

Once the parcel has been dispatched to you to you will receive all contact details and waybill/tracking numbers for the parcel via email. Delivery of parcels will only take place on weekdays during office hours.

Please note that if you live in a remote area it can take up to 5 days for delivery if the courier only goes there once a week.

Simply Gorgeous is a Ladies Intimates online store. We sell upmarket local and imported lingerie.


Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will usually be processed within 2 (two) working days and shipping confirmed by way of email notification of waybill number. Orders on back-order or out of stock will be processed as soon as stock is available and the customer will be notified via email with updates. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed on the following working day. Options for delivery are via Courier or collection.

We reserve the right to send a parcel with an alternative shipping method for any reason, but the customer will be notified via email in such a case.


Exchange & Refund Policy

Simply Gorgeous does not do exchanges or returns on any lingerie or hosiery for hygiene purposes, however we can exchange dressing gowns or nighties provided they did not come with a panty as a set. There are, however, some limitations as laid out below in the Exchange / Returns Policy. We will endeavour to exchange any ill-fitting item for the correct size in the same style if a dressing gown or nightie sold without a panty/hosiery as a set, subject to stock availability. If it not possible to replace the same style, we will exchange it for another item of your choice, for the same value or offer a credit voucher. 

The following conditions apply for an exchange:

• No returns or replacements will be considered on any intimate garments including lingerie that comes with a panty as a set, shapewear, swimwear, hosiery & stockings, panties, body stockings and pantyhose in the interest of personal hygiene.  We follow the same returns policy as with any reputable lingerie store, department stores including Woolworths, Edgars, etc who do not accept returns or exchanges at all on these items.  We can exchange dressing gowns or nighties that don't come with panties or stockings as a set.
• The item is returned in its original, undamaged packaging
• The item has not been soiled, altered or damaged in any way
• The item has not been worn (except for fitting purposes)
• The item is returned within 7 days of receipt
• The original labels are still attached to the item
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

Please email us on to advise that you will be doing a return, and provide us with your details when returning a parcel either by including a copy of your invoice or write your details on paper and include this with your return parcel: Order/invoice number (this can be found on the top of your invoice), name, address, your email Address and your Requirements - i.e. exchange or return

NOTE: Please ensure when sending goods back that a traceable method is used in case of loss as we are unable to process returns unless we have received them. Help us by sending us the tracking number and method of return (courier company name, post office etc), and the date so we can process it quickly.

If the ordered items are not in stock at the time of ordering we will place these on back-order. In the event that we will be unlikely to meet the delivery schedule stated when ordering a product we will offer you a choice between an extended wait for a specific product, or a credit within 7 days.

The provision of goods and services Simply Gorgeous by is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability when purchasing once you have already checked out and made payment, Simply Gorgeous  will refund the client in full for the products purchased within 7 days.  Please note that Postage on items already sent is non-refundable.  

Damaged Goods

Damaged goods will not be refunded. Damaged goods should be returned as per the above instructions so we can send back to the supplier to assess the fault/s and take necessary actions to replace or exchange. Should Simply Gorgeous assess damages to causes such as factory fault we will create a credit note for the amount to the Customer for use of the same or any other similar products on our site.

Simply Gorgeous reserves the right to assess damages and accept or decline any return of damaged goods based on the nature of the damages.

Payment may be made via Visa and Master Card credit cards, or by EFT or bank deposit into the Simply Gorgeous bank account, the details of which are listed on our payment option page and order confirmation which is emailed to you. Please note no cheque deposits will be accepted.

Customer details will be stored by Simply Gorgeous separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFasts secure site. 


    Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

    The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
