Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will usually be processed within 2 (two) working days and shipping confirmed by way of email notification. You will receive a booking reference number / waybill number once your order has been dispatched. Orders will usually be dispatched within 7 business days from receipt of payment unless your item is on back-order or out of stock. If the item is out of stock the customer will be notified via email. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Options for delivery are via Courier or collection.
Shipping Options are 1) Courier to Physical address 2 - 3 days weekdays only (in major cities). 2) Courier to Physical address 2 - 3 weekdays only (in outlying areas). 3) Speed Services courier to physical/postal address 2 - 3 days weekdays only. 4) SA Post Office Regular insured mail to physical/postal address. 5) Collect by arrangement (JHB only).
We reserve the right to send a parcel with an alternative shipping method for any reason but the customer will be notified via email.
NOTE: All parcels are insured.
Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services Simply Gorgeous Lingerie CC by is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability when purchasing once you have already checked out and made payment, Simply Gorgeous Lingerie CC will refund the client in full for the products purchased within 30 days. Please note that Postage is non-refundable. Cancellation of orders after payment has been received by the customer will attract a R100.00 cancellation fee.
Exchange Policy
Simply Gorgeous Lingerie CC will exchange any ill-fitting items for the correct size. There are, however, some limitations as laid out below in the Exchange Policy. We will endeavour to exchange any ill-fitting item for the correct size in the same style, subject to stock availability. If it not possible to replace the same style, we will exchange it for another item of the customer’s choice, for the same value.
The following conditions apply:
• The item is returned in its original, undamaged packaging
• The item has not been soiled, laundered, altered or damaged in any way
• The item is accompanied by its original receipt
• The item has not been worn (except for fitting purposes)
• The item is returned within 7 days of receipt
• The original labels are still attached to the item
• No returns or replacements will be considered on stockings, panties (G-strings) body stockings and/or pantyhose
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
Please provide us with your details when returning a parcel either by including a copy of your invoice or write your details on paper and include this with your return parcel:
Order/invoice number (this can be found on the top of your invoice)
• Name
• Address
• Email Address
• Your Requirements - i.e. exchange / return
(Please ensure when sending goods back that a traceable method is used in case of loss as we are unable to process returns unless we have received them)
Please help us to make improvements to our service by telling us why you are returning the goods, i.e. wrong colour, too big, too small, etc.
If we receive an item for return and feel that our terms and conditions laid out above have been breached in any way we reserve the right to decline an exchange on that basis (eg. should the item have clearly been worn and/or soiled for more than just a fitting etc).
If the items are not in stock we shall place these on backorder. In the event that we will be unlikely to meet the delivery schedule stated when ordering a product we will offer you a choice between an extended wait for a specific product, or a credit note for our site. We DO NOT offer refunds on returns.
Damaged Goods
Damaged goods will not be refunded. Damaged goods should be returned as per the above instructions so we can assess the fault/s and take necessary actions to replace or exchange. Should Simply Gorgeous Lingerie cc assess damages to causes such as factory fault we will create a credit note for the amount to the Customer for use of the same or any other similar products on our site.
Simply Gorgeous Lingerie cc reserves the right to assess damages and accept or decline any return of damaged goods based on the nature of the damages.
Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Simply Gorgeous Lingerie CC chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, P.O. Box 795, Sunninghill, 2157, Johannesburg, South Africa.
Variation
Simply Gorgeous Lingerie CC may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Responsibility
Simply Gorgeous Lingerie CC takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered by you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with our 'Refund Policy'.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
