How can I contact you?
Click on the Contact Us button in the main menu or send us an email at sales@simplygorgeous.co.za. All requests will usually be processed within 2 (two) working days. If your request falls over a weekend the order will usually be processed on the following Monday. Most parcels are dispatched within 1-7 working days unless they are on back order. Please review our shipping policy for more information. Please note that our working hours are Monday to Friday from 09h00 - 17h00.
How do I know which size to take?
Take a look at our What's My Size? page on the home page for a sizing chart and size explanations. If you are unsure please send us an email info@simplygorgeous.co.za with all your current sizes: bra, panty, dress, pants so we can assist you.
How do I make a payment?
There are two main payment options - via credit card or by EFT/bank deposit. Once you have added all the items you want to your shopping cart then click 'Checkout'. This will take you to the various pages you will need to fill in your details including delivery addresses, shipping methods and payment options. You may then select which payment method you prefer. If you choose to pay via credit card you may enter your details on the payment page. Should you wish to pay via EFT/bank deposit click on that option and our banking details will be supplied to you on the order page which is printable. Once you have paid with this method you will need to email or fax proof of payment to us. We will only process your order after payment has reflected in our bank account. Depending on which bank you are with this may take 2 - 3 days to reflect on our bank account. If you have any difficulties with payments please contact us on sales@simplygorgeous.co.za.
What are your banking details?

Do you have a shop where I can purchase the lingerie?
We are currently an online store and also have a retail outlet in Sunninghill, Johannesburg. Our physical address is Shop 8B, Upper Level, Sunninghill Village Shopping Centre, 97 Edison Crescent, Sunninghill, Johannesburg (opposite Megawatt Park / Eskom). How do I book a lingerie party?
Take a look at our Lingerie Party page and fill out the website contact form so we can check our availablility for your date and give you a quote. Please include as much info as possible. Alternatively please send an email to sales@simplygorgeous.co.za with your name, party date and time, party venue, number of ladies attending, type of party (eg: bachelorette, birthday etc). We will get back to you usually within 24 hours. For party enquiries please call us on 071 129 3450.
Which areas do you service for lingerie parties?
We only service Johannesburg and Pretoria area at this time. If you are in the Durban area we do have a contact for this area. Please email us your enquiry on sales@simplygorgeous.co.za.
What are the delivery options?
When you checkout to pay you will be asked about a shipping method. You can select: 1) Courier to Physical address (1-3 days) Major cities only. Trackable. 2) Courier to Physical/Postal address (4-7 days) Outlying areas. Trackable Please note that we no longer offer regular post as this option is not trackable.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery depends on what shipping cost you choose, how many items and where you live. This figure will be based on the final weight and size of the parcel. Most parcels are dispatched within 1-7 working days unless they are on back order. Please review our shipping policy for more information. Once the parcel has been dispatched to you to you will receive all contact details and waybill/tracking numbers (if applicable) for the parcel. Delivery will only take place on weekdays during office hours for most parcels.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes you can - as long as you adhere to the terms and conditions laid out in our Returns/Exchanges Policy. You will need to complete the returns form. To do so click on Customer Service at the top of the webpage and select Return Requests. Complete the form, and send your item back to us using a traceable method so we can process your exchange.
